SAP Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant (German Payroll) – Life Sciences Project x1 seat
Location: Remote (100%)
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Project Start: Mid-October 2026
Start Date: ASAP (15 November 2026 latest)
Preferred Candidate Locations: Poland -main focus , Portugal, Spain- as secondary search
Project Overview
transformation initiative across HR, Legal, and Compliance functions project for LS client focusing on SAP Payroll Techno-Functional support German payroll operations and ongoing enhancements within an SAP ECC environment.
Required Experience
- 5 years' experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll.
- Experience working in SAP ECC environments (S/4HANA experience not required).
- Combination of functional and technical expertise, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
- Experience with payroll interfaces, reporting, and integration points.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
