Production Operative

Production Operatives required to join a market-leading specialist manufacturer. This fast-growing, multi-million-pound business is continuing to expand and is looking to add to its team. Based in modern, state-of-the-art facilities, this permanent opportunity offers full training, regular premium-rate overtime, on-site parking and long-term stability within a growing business.

The Production Operative role is based in Silsden, within walking distance of the train station. Applicants from Skipton, Keighley, Bradford and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

What's on offer to the Production Operative

£14.20 per hour / £29,534.37 per annum

2:00pm - 10:30pm, with regular overtime available at premium rates

28 days holiday

Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative

Loading, feeding and operating machinery

Carrying out in-process quality inspections

Supporting colleagues and assisting other departments when required

Working safely and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout productionKey Experience Required for the Production Operative

Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential

Experience within a fast-paced production, manufacturing, warehouse or order-picking environment

Production Operatives, Machine Operatives, Warehouse Operatives, Order Pickers and candidates from similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Good attention to detail

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

IT skills would be advantageous
