Description

Lead and manage the financial reporting and consolidation process across the group.

Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.

Support the finance team with training and professional development.

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.

Proven experience in managing financial controls and processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Leadership skills to guide and support a finance team effectively.Job Offer

Salary between £90,000 and £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
