Role Description & Overview
OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Energy Division, delivering value on energy generation and district heating projects across the UK. You will manage contracts, valuations and final accounts for projects ranging from £50,000 to £20 million, ensuring commercial governance and accurate reporting.
Applicants should have a strong background in building services or energy schemes, excellent IT skills (advanced Excel) and the ability to work effectively in a team
