Centre hospitalier Général Beauvais recherche un/une Responsable du Service de Formation Continue pour décliner et piloter les plans de formation conformément au projet d'établissement et au projet social.

Vous gérerez les plans médicaux et non médicaux, le budget, le reporting et le suivi des dispositifs CFP/VAE/DPC, en assurant le conseil en évolution professionnelle et le management de l'équipe.
