BCM-Cosm recherche un superviseur de conditionnement sur site en Bretagne pour piloter une équipe de 15 à 20 personnes, coordonner la production et veiller à la sécurité et à la performance opérationnelle.
Rattaché au Responsable d’Unité Conditionnement, vous organisez les charges, gérez les absences, suivez les indicateurs et assurez le reporting tout en veillant au respect des standards qualité et des exigences QHSE.
