Barnardo's is seeking a passionate Family Support Practitioner to work with children, young people and families. You will deliver direct support, build strong relationships, and work with partners to help families overcome challenges.
This role also requires safeguarding responsibilities, accurate case recording and active contribution to service development while promoting health, safety and wellbeing within the community.
