Location: Tewkesbury

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 DOE

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking to work on complex, high-precision components in a modern engineering environment? Would you like to join a growing business offering a stable role on a double day shift with excellent long-term prospects?

We’re currently supporting a well-established precision engineering company in the Tewkesbury area, supplying into highly regulated industries including aerospace. With continued investment in machinery and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to recruit a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Machinist to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment producing complex components to tight tolerances.

Role Responsibilities

Setting and operating CNC machining centres

Producing precision components to tight tolerances

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Carrying out in-process inspection (manual and/or CMM)

Supporting tooling, fixture and process improvements

Completing quality documentation and self-inspection checks

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

The Person

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist

Experience within precision engineering environments

Exposure to 5-axis machining (advantageous)

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances

Experience using inspection equipment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
