Role Description & Overview
Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Area Managers at one of our Fulfilment Centres in Veneto, Italy. You will drive safety, quality and productivity, and deliver the operational plan to help sites meet targets.
You’ll mentor and coach your team, analyse performance data, work with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and design initiatives to raise site performance and customer fulfilment speed.
