Role Description & Overview
SBE Nederland zoekt een Ontwerpleider Waterbouw die technisch leiding geeft aan multidisciplinaire ontwerpteams voor toonaangevende waterbouwprojecten in Nederland. Je stuurt engineers en modelleurs aan en bewaakt ontwerpkwaliteit terwijl je nauw samenwerkt met opdrachtgevers en aannemers.
Je werkt in een compact, specialistisch team en draagt bij aan tenders, de ontwikkeling van collega's en innovatieve oplossingen. Vereiste is minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring en aantoonbare ontwerpervaring.
