Puente Romano busca un/a Director/a de Room Service para liderar la operación diaria y optimizar la entrega del servicio de lujo. Garantizarás eficiencia, personalización y adherencia a los estándares de la propiedad.
Se requiere experiencia previa en hoteles 5* en roles de liderazgo y un enfoque orientado a la satisfacción del huésped. Se trabajará estrechamente con Cocina, Housekeeping y Restaurantes para mantener la coherencia del servicio.
