Private Equity Administration Lead

You'll take responsibility for Private Equity administration operations, leading people, managing risk and supporting the continued growth of a sophisticated client offering. The role offers exposure to both local and international stakeholders.

Location

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the delivery of Private Equity fund administration and transfer agency services.


• Oversee day-to-day operations, service quality and regulatory compliance.


• Manage outsourced service providers and monitor service level performance.


• Develop and maintain strong governance and risk management frameworks.


• Build and maintain relationships with clients, boards and key stakeholders.


• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.


• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an integrated client service.


• Drive operational improvements, technology initiatives and process efficiencies.


• Monitor performance metrics, operational risk and business resilience.


• Support strategic projects and contribute to the ongoing development of the business.

Skills / Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in Private Equity fund administration, transfer agency or investor services. You'll have proven people management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements within the funds industry. Experience managing outsourced service delivery, driving operational improvements and leading teams within a multi-jurisdictional environment will be highly advantageous, along with a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
