Your impact

As Head of Commercial Controlling, you will partner with business leaders and top management to help turn commercial ambition into sustainable, profitable growth. You will represent Controlling in key commercial forums and bring a clear financial perspective to the decisions that shape our offers, products and services.

• Shape commercial direction: Co-create offers, products and services by bringing robust financial insight into business decisions.
• Drive profitability: Own the controlling perspective on profitability and help identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.
• Lead planning and reporting: Oversee segment reporting and provide forward-looking support for planning and decision-making.
• Develop a strong team: Lead, coach and support the personal and professional development of your team members.
• Influence at senior level: Represent Controlling in major commercial forums and communicate complex topics clearly to top management.

What you bring

• A strong finance and business background, supported by relevant university degree.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Hands-on experience in commercial controlling within B2C and B2B environment.
• The ability to understand, structure, present and manage complex topics with confidence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and build alignment.
• Resilience and sound judgment during peak periods and under changing priorities.
• Fluency in Polish and English
