Role Description & Overview
TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Hydraulics Technician for an international sailing project based in Naples. You will assemble, install, test and maintain high-pressure hydraulic actuation systems for a high-performance race yacht, ensuring safety and peak performance.
You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, lead maintenance activities, interpret hydraulic schematics and support dock-out and race preparation in a fast-paced workshop environment.
