The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation and submission of a variety of tax returns and statutory requirements, while also supporting wider financial accounting activities and business projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing corporation tax and VAT reporting across multiple entities
• Preparing and maintaining tax records, returns and related compliance activities
• Supporting payroll-related tax obligations, including P11Ds and PSA reporting
• Preparing tax disclosures and deferred tax calculations for statutory accounts
• Reconciling tax-related balance sheet accounts
• Supporting year-end audits and responding to tax-related queries
• Monitoring legislative changes and assessing their impact on the business
• Contributing to projects with tax and financial implications
• Supporting the Financial Controller with wider accounting and ad hoc initiatives

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience in VAT and Corporation Tax
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and tax reporting
• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification (or part-qualified status)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Experience with SAP, Irish tax regulations, transfer pricing or international tax matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
