Magellan, groupe international de conseil en management et technologies, recherche un Consultant Senior IT M&A basé à Paris. Vous intervenez sur des opérations M&A complexes, du schéma directeur à l’accompagnement du changement, auprès de clients grands comptes.
Profil: Bac+5 et au moins 5 ans d’expérience en conseil M&A ou transformation SI, avec une forte appétence commerciale et un esprit d’intrapreneur. Anglais courant requis.
