Unit Manager – Maternity Cover
£15.00 per hour | Just Outside Hull | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Unit Manager to join a 40-bed elderly care home just outside Hull on a maternity cover basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior care professional to take on a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the service and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
The Role
Position: Unit Manager – Maternity Cover
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Setting: 40-bed elderly care home
Start Date: ASAP
The Ideal Candidate
Previous senior experience within an elderly care or residential care home setting.
Strong knowledge of care planning and risk assessments.
Experience completing audits and supporting quality assurance.
Ability to support the day-to-day management and smooth running of a care service.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and promoting residents' dignity, safety and wellbeing
