Worcestershire 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Up to £60,000

We are working with a well-established organisation in Worcestershire seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract . This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who can make an immediate impact and support the business.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective financial controls, and providing valuable commercial insight to support business decision-making.

• Managing month-end and year-end financial processes
• Producing management accounts and financial reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
• Business partnering with operational and senior stakeholders
• Analysing financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Maintaining and enhancing financial controls and processes
• Supporting strategic projects and operational initiatives

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach
• Able to work independently and quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Available to start at short notice or immediately preferred
