Business Analyst - Lu, Piemonte, Italy

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. You will work on identity and access management projects for the Court in Luxembourg, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business needs analysis and current‑state assessment for authentication and access management.
• Map existing permissions models to the new IAM platform and define migration approaches.
• Lead application onboarding, define integration requirements and follow up implementation.
• Design authorization, roles, groups and permissions models and manage lifecycle processes.
• Implement delegated access management workflows and governance with business users.
• Prepare and coordinate business acceptance testing, produce documentation and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related business analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Red Hat Identity Manager.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.
• Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria and conduct UAT.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EU regulatory compliance (e.g., Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2023/2841).
• Experience with Oracle WebCenter Content or similar enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of API integration and automation for IAM processes.
• Project management certifications such as PMP.
