In this role you drive procurement for radar systems and related electronics, partnering with engineering and quality teams to optimize cost, tackle obsolescence, and mitigate supply risks. You will manage supplier relationships, lead RFQ/RFP processes, and negotiate contracts to secure reliable, high-quality components. • Procure radar systems, electronic components, and subsystems
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and negotiate pricing and contracts
• Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management
• Support make-or-buy decisions and cost optimization initiatives
• Identify and mitigate obsolescence and supply chain risks

• Experience in Procurement, Strategic Purchasing, Category Management, or Supplier Management
• Ideally aerospace/defence/aviation/electronics/radar systems background
• Hands-on with supplier selection, RFQ/RFP, and contract negotiations
• Knowledge of electronic components, sensors, antennas, RF technologies, avionics systems
• Comfort discussing technical requirements with engineering teams
• Experience with SAP MM and/or SAP S/4HANA Procurement
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
