What will I do?

Control the health club from an operational level, always ensuring high customer service levels making sure to carry out daily health & safety procedures ensuring a safe environment for all users of the health club facilities. You will support the Health Club Manager to ensure that you and the team are maximising on all sales and membership sale opportunities.

Is this the role for me?

Previousexperience supervising a team within a healthclub
Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent would be a distinctadvantage
Qualifications in water testing, pool plant andpool lifeguard/responder
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Spa Opening Times: Monday - Sunday 10:00am - 18:00pm

Health Club Opening Times: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 20:30pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 19:00pm

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is located in Thame, just outside Oxford and within close proximity to the Cotswolds.
