You will translate brand strategy into a concrete Italian plan, manage approved budgets, measure ROI, and collaborate with Group Marketing, Brand Managers and the Italian sales team. You will build and coach the local team, drive ROI-focused initiatives and help shape the retailer launch calendar in a fast-growing beauty space.
