Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

Location: Chichester, West Sussex

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Hours: Full-time

Experience: 1–5 years’ PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join an established and respected Private Client team in Chichester.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload, providing advice and support to clients across a range of Private Client matters, including:

Drafting wills and advising on estate planning.

Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

Managing probate and estate administration.

Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning.

Assisting with trusts, intestacy and variations of wills.

Handling Court of Protection and deputyship matters where required.

Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care.

About You

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 1–5 years’ PQE.

Experience managing a Private Client caseload, particularly wills, probate and estate administration.

Strong technical knowledge, communication and organisational skills.

A professional, empathetic and client-focused approach.

Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
