Finance Manager - Italian Speaking

Central London offices - hybrid 2 days office / 3 days wfh

MUST SPEAK FLUENT ITALIAN & ENGLISH

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and accounting activities for international business entities
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance and performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cashflow processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and short-term liquidity planning
• Produce statutory accounts and coordinate external audit activities
• Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, and tax compliance processes
• Liaise with external advisors and internal stakeholders on finance and operational matters
• Provide financial support to both local and cross-border teams

Experience & Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/ ACA)

• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel capabilities
• Experience improving financial processes and controls
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
