Finance Manager - International Healthcare Company

• Lead the monthly closing process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet and supporting analysis.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term business plans.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage treasury activities.
• Coordinate banking relationships, guarantees and financial facilities.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support tax compliance and liaise with external advisors.
• Drive financial performance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare presentations and reports for local and group leadership.
• Supervise payroll administration and selected HR‑related processes.
• Support legal, compliance and insurance matters.
• Coordinate local IT‑related activities with Group IT teams.
• Act as a strategic business partner to senior management and contribute to key projects and business initiatives.
