Catalan and Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent in Banking Valencia

We are looking for a Catalan and Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent to join a banking support team in Valencia, Spain. The role offers morning shifts from 08:00 to 16:00, starting on site with a transition to hybrid working after the initial learning period. The expected start date is 2 November 2026.

• Support banking customers in Catalan and Spanish.
• Answer customer enquiries, provide clear information and help resolve issues.
• Record customer interactions using internal systems.
• Work with your team to deliver a positive customer experience.

• Fluent Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Availability to attend 25 days of mandatory on-site training in Rivas, Madrid.
• Previous experience in banking customer service or management is valued.

• Gross annual salary of €16,919.84 (€1,409.98 gross per month).
• Language allowance of €129.27 gross per month.
• Additional payment of €1.92 gross per hour for Sundays worked.
• Comprehensive training.
• Hybrid working after the initial learning period.
