New-Build Property Sales Consultant

BySales is looking to recruit a New-Build Property Sales Consultant for a long-term project focused on an international clientele in the Estepona (Málaga) area.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and managing enquiries from prospective clients and collaborating estate agencies.
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Proactively following up with clients throughout the entire sales process.
• Negotiating and closing reservations and sales contracts.
• Preparing sales, marketing and market analysis reports for the property developer.
• Developing and presenting marketing proposals.
• Managing all administrative tasks related to the sales process.
• RequirementsA dynamic and proactive professional with excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of working independently.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in the sale of new‑build residential developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and other office software.
• A customer‑focused approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance when meeting clients.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills, with a results‑driven mindset and experience working towards sales targets.
