Location: Lepton, Huddersfield

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Are you organised, numerate and looking for your next opportunity in finance or accounts?

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join a small team in Lepton, Huddersfield.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in finance to play a key role in the smooth running of our accounts function.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.

Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries.

Maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting systems.

Supporting payment runs and monitoring outstanding invoices.

Assisting with bank reconciliations and month-end processes.

Handling general finance administration and supporting the wider team as required.

About You

Previous experience in finance administration, accounts administration or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Confident using Microsoft Excel and other office systems.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
