AP Accountant with English

For our Client, an international consulting firm, we are looking for an AP Accountant with English . If you have experience in Accounts Payable, thrive in an international environment, and are fluent in English, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process invoices for goods and services, ensuring they are submitted for approval.
• Ensure invoices are coded accurately and in line with internal procedures.
• Monitor and follow up on invoices pending approval.
• Respond to supplier queries regarding invoices and payments.
• Process employee and candidate expense claims.
• Maintain and update the vendor database.
• Support the Accounts Payable team with day-to-day operations and ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role (min. 3 years of experience).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
