Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire experienced directors of health communications who can help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 4+ years writing for public agencies, health systems, or NGOs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across outbreak messaging, plain-language guidance, media statements, and briefing documents. Fully remote, 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP.
