Role Description & Overview
Marex is seeking a senior AI governance leader to serve as Head of AI Governance & Operations, embedding regulatory expertise into Marex's governance, risk and vendor management. You will own day-to-day AI coordination and work with the AI Steering Group to enable scaled, responsible AI adoption.
You will horizon-scan vendor developments (Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS) and manage governance across EU AI Act compliance, while partnering with Legal, Compliance and Information Security to ensure
