EMEA Payroll Specialist

Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus benefits and a strong pension scheme

Core Responsibilities

• Manage payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries.
• Stay current with payroll legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Support onboarding of new countries/entities into payroll systems.
• Drive payroll process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and support audit requirements.
• Produce payroll reporting and analysis for compliance and business decision-making.
• Contribute to payroll projects, system upgrades, and policy harmonisation.
• Act as a key contact for employee payroll queries across the region.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years' experience managing end-to-end payroll across multiple European countries.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, and social security requirements.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including external payroll vendors.
• Strong reporting, compliance, and process improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
