Role Description & Overview
Revelyst is seeking an HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist EMEA for our European HQ in Barcelona. You will manage payroll and HR administration across Spain, France, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, coordinating with external providers and internal teams.
You will handle onboarding, benefits administration (e.G., company cars, meal vouchers, occupational risk prevention), and time and attendance in systems like Workday, ADP and Woffu. English and Spanish fluency are required.
