Je voert het jaarplanningsproces uit in samenwerking met senior stakeholders, lost tekortkomingen op en zorgt voor een up-to-date Resourcing-systeem en data-accuratesse. Je werkt landelijk mee aan kennismanagement en geeft data-gedreven adviezen.
