Elica S.p.A. cerca un Customer Quality & Product Audit Manager per guidare il dipartimento Customer Quality, promuovendo l’eccellenza del prodotto fin dalle fasi di sviluppo e migliorando la soddisfazione del cliente.
La figura gestirà audit di processo presso gli stabilimenti, coordinerà i Customer Quality Engineer, monitorerà KPI di qualità, gestirà reclami end-to-end e supporterà R&D e AME per azioni correttive e migliorative, garantendo conformità agli standard OEM.
