What you'll do

• Support customers of a UK digital bank by phone, chat, and email
• Resolve account and service enquiries clearly and handle complaints with empathy
• Share customer feedback to improve products and service, and work closely with your team

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (8+ months can be considered)
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts
