Must have’s

• Experience within commercial insurance
• Knowledge of core insurance products including liability, property and cyber
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to review client

requirements and recommend suitable cover

• Good organisation and time management skills
• Confident communication skills

Nice to have’s

• CII qualifications or working towards them
• Experience using Acturis
• Familiarity with CRM systems

So, what will you be doing?

• Supporting clients with their insurance

requirements from enquiry through to renewal

• Reviewing existing insurance arrangements and identifying areas for improvement
• Working with insurers to obtain suitable terms and cover
• Providing advice and guidance on insurance products
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering a high standard of customer service
• Assisting with policy administration and documentation
• Working closely with colleagues across the business
