This well-established, growing manufacturing organisation based in Weybridge are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team.

You will be joining a dynamic business where you will take full ownership of the finance function and support with the company’s growth ambitions. Furthermore, this role will be fully office based and will suit a driven, hands-on individual that is seeking a new challenge.

Commercial Finance Manager – About The Role

In this role

you will be reporting into the Managing Director and will be managing a small finance team.  

This is a full hands-on finance position that requires a diverse finance skillset and someone who is capable of leading a finance function. Your key responsibilities will be

Full preparation and production of the monthly managements as well as year-end figures

Overseeing financial projects, ensuring alignment with board’s objectives

Generate financial data, analyse and asses the financial health of the company

Control and oversight on finance policies and procedures

Full ownership of the annual budget, forecasting and financial modelling activity

Review monthly depreciation journal and fixed asset register reconciles to the nominal

Overseeing the transactional accounting function and ensure it is running at full efficiency

Preparation of monthly sales reports

Overseeing multiple financial entities and raising any queries to managemen

The successful Commercial Finance Manager will have:

Previous experience in a similar position

Experience within a manufacturing organisation is essential

QBE or part/fully qualified candidates will be considered

Multi company/entity experience

Sage experience would be beneficial

Ability to communicate at all levels
