Role Description & Overview
Waitrose & Partners in Alderley Edge is seeking a Team Leader to support the shop management, drive sales, and ensure high standards of service and safety. The role includes evening/night shifts with a £3.75 per hour night premium and a 26-hour week on a temporary contract.
You'll lead a small team, manage stock and online order fulfillment, and contribute to daily operations while upholding the partnership values of Waitrose.
