Foncia, filiale du groupe Emeria, recrute un/e Gestionnaire maitrise des charges en copropriété à Alixan. Vous piloterez la stratégie maîtrise des charges et coordonnerez les contrats avec fournisseurs locaux.

Vous possédez Bac+3/4 en immobilier ou achats, au moins 5 ans d'expérience en copropriété, avec une excellente maîtrise d'Excel et d’analyse budgétaire. Poste en télétravail partiel et mobilité selon agence.
