University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with proven experience in a senior role such as Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager.
Strong practical knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations (VAT, CIT, WHT) and experience in preparing statutory financial statements.
Experience working in an international environment or within a capital group structure, including cooperation with foreign stakeholders and group reporting processes.
Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level), enabling effective communication and cooperation in an international working environment.
Experience in managing an accounting team, including workload planning, delegation of tasks, performance supervision, and providing substantive guidance and support to team members.
Experience in cooperation with external auditors, tax advisors, and external institutions (GUS, NBP, tax authorities).
Strong proficiency in accounting systems; experience with Optima and/or SAP will be preferred
