Financial Controller

Brilliant opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant to join a growing business in South Dublin as Group Financial Controller.

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will play a key role in leading the finance function, strengthening financial controls and supporting the organisation's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts, group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial modelling.
• Drive financial controls, governance and statutory compliance.
• Business partner with operations to improve financial performance and profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Drive finance systems improvements, automation and process efficiencies.
• Support acquisitions, integrations and strategic growth initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum five years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
• Strong group reporting, management accounting and commercial finance experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
