Role Description & Overview
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Rome, Italy, is seeking a Conference Officer (Meeting Planning) to lead the preparation, support and coordination of in-person, hybrid and virtual meetings.
Reporting to the Director of CSG, you will supervise scheduling, programming, and on-site operations, coordinate with partners, prepare cost estimates and budgets for events, and promote innovative working methods to ensure flawless conference delivery.
