Role Description & Overview
Hilton is seeking a strategic Cluster Commercial Director to lead four distinct properties in Italy, including Rome and Milan. You will own the regional revenue strategy, drive cross-segment performance and align Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management with overall commercial objectives.
You will report to the Cluster GM and shape long-term plans, develop a high-performing team, and nurture executive-level partnerships with global accounts and industry stakeholders.
