Audit Semi Senior / Senior

A Chartered Accountancy firm in Keighley is looking to recruit an Audit Semi Senior or Senior, with the level of appointment dependent on experience.

This is a varied role combining a 50/50 split of audit and accounts work, offering exposure to a broad range of owner-managed and SME clients. Study support can also be provided for the right candidate looking to continue their professional development.

The role will include:

Supporting and leading audit assignments depending on experience.

Preparation of year-end accounts for a range of clients.

Accounts and audit work across a varied SME client base.

Preparation of corporation tax computations and other compliance work.

Working directly with clients and supporting them with their accounting

requirements.

Developing your technical knowledge and taking on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.The ideal candidate:

Previous experience within an accountancy practice.

Audit experience is essential, with a good grounding in accounts.

ACA/ACCA study or qualification would be advantageous, although candidates at different stages will be considered.

Good communication and client relationship skills.

A proactive approach and willingness to develop.Salary: £30,000 – £44,000 depending on experience
