Role Description & Overview
KAIO sucht eine/n Service Manager/in, der/die die Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft und Leistungserbringern bildet. Sie verantworten Betrieb und künftigen Leistungsumfang des Services, planen Demand- und Change-Prozesse und setzen diese um.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören der Lebenszyklus des IT-Service-Management-Systems, die Überwachung von SLAs, die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden bei Use Cases und die Mitarbeit in Digitalisierungsprojekten.
