Role Description & Overview
AJ Chambers is working with a mid market, Legal 500 firm based in the City of London and they have a current requirement for a Solicitor to join their real estate litigation team.
This individual must have a minimum of 3 years PQE dealing with a wide range of commercial real estate disputes. The billable hour target is 1250 and hybrid working is available (2 days from home).
Key aspects:
- Landlord and tenant litigation with a focus on advising landlords
- Investment and development disputes
- Service change disputes
- Breaches of contract
- Professional negligence
