The opportunity

The Financial Analyst – Payroll will support payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensure compliance with local & international tax regulations, and contribute to financial reporting and fixed asset management. This role is integral to maintaining accurate payroll entries, preparing financial reconciliations, and supporting audit and budgeting processes.

The role

• Monthly processing of payrolls for multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure that statutory deductions are filed in accordance with multiple jurisdictions' tax laws.
• Prepare schedules as required for internal and external audit processes.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and schedules for key balance sheets accounts.
• Assist with annual budget & forecasting preparation.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Assets systems and procedures for required companies.

The Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• At least three to five (3-5) years of accounting, finance or other related experience.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• A proactive self-starter with the confidence and curiosity to take initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a performance-driven culture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
