Compliance Officer | Global Private Markets Investment Manager | London

Our client is an established global investment manager with a strong reputation across private markets.

The opportunity:

Based in London, you will take responsibility for daily compliance activities within the local office while supporting the wider team across its international compliance programme.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day compliance advice to the London business.
• Update compliance policies and procedures.
• Contribute to compliance monitoring and testing.
• Review and provide advice on marketing materials across jurisdictions.
• Advise on conflicts of interests and the compliance considerations arising from activity across public and private markets.
• Work with the wider compliance team on regulatory projects and the delivery of the global compliance programme.

Your background:

We are keen to speak with candidates with approximately 5–10 years’ compliance experience within private markets, including private equity and private credit/debt.

This role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships across a business and balancing daily responsibilities with longer-term projects.
