Our client, a successful and growing professional services organisation, is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant Manager to join their Business Advisory team.

As the Accounts Assistant Manager, you'll manage a varied portfolio of clients, provide valuable financial insight and play an important role in developing junior members of the team.

The Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients
• Review accounts, tax returns, VAT and financial reports
• Oversee assignments, deadlines and budgets
• Provide commercial advice and financial insight
• Identify opportunities to support wider client needs
• Resolve technical queries and recommend solutions
• Support client meetings and business development
• Coach and develop junior team members

The Candidate:

• ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Strong practice experience managing client portfolios
• Broad knowledge of accounts, tax and advisory services
• Confident communicator with strong client management skills
• Commercially minded, organised and keen to develop others
